General advice and guidance
We are able to provide advice and guidance within and across all of the key business functions:

This may be as simple as a five minute phone-call to discuss
the structure of a marketing plan or as extensive as drafting a pay plan for sales teams. Designed with
small and medium businesses in mind, we operate a ‘Business Buddy’ scheme through which you will be able to call
off our time to do anything you need within our capability. We will only charge you for the time you use and we will let you
know well in advance if you are approaching the limit of liability defined at the outset. If you need something that is beyond
our capability we will tell you straight away and suggest an alternative for you to consider.
Supplementary executive skills
We can provide supplementary skills and experience to your management team or board that are usually
only available to very large organisations. For example, you may have outsourced all or most of your HR and, if so, will be
enjoying the resulting economic benefit. But you may be missing out on the strategic HR input to your management team that
can make so much difference to the human capital within your organisation. It may not be economic for you to employ a full
time HR Director, but we can provide a highly experienced consultant who will have worked extensively at HR Director level
just for the times when you need the expertise. And particularly when you need the strategic input that can have a real impact
on your business
Executive shadowing and interim management
We can work alongside an executive when the situation demands it, for example, when there is a
temporary increase in workload due, perhaps to a merger, acquisition or expansion, or when additional skills are required
for a short period. We can also provide interim management cover while an executive recovers from illness or during the recruitment
of a permanent executive
Use of technology
At CCL we have a strong background in the use of technology in all parts of the business lifecycle
and a proven track record in helping Clients to evaluate the potential contribution of new technologies and to exploit
them
